Acceptance

By accessing or using augrin.io (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Augrin Provides

Augrin is a market intelligence platform for the mid-term rental sector. It aggregates data from publicly available U.S. government sources (Census Bureau, HUD, BLS, CMS, FEMA) and proprietary transaction signals to produce pricing recommendations, supply/demand analysis, and market signals.

Augrin does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any market data or pricing recommendation. Market intelligence is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, or legal advice.

Permitted Use

  • Research, analysis, and informational purposes
  • Internal business analysis for your own portfolio or properties
  • B2B data licensing, governed by a separate written agreement when applicable

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract content from augrin.io
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Augrin data or intelligence without a licensing agreement
  • Use Augrin data to train machine learning models or populate competing products
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Augrin data is derived from government datasets and market aggregations that may contain errors, omissions, or lag real-world conditions. Government data sources update on varying schedules (monthly, quarterly, annually). Do not use Augrin data as the sole basis for investment decisions. Always verify critical data points independently.

Intellectual Property

The Augrin name, marks, scoring algorithms, market models, and platform are proprietary. Government-sourced data (Census, HUD, BLS) is public domain and attributed accordingly per each agency's requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Augrin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses based on market intelligence provided. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

Augrin may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
